In addition to these 35 years, he has 2 years of experience selling manufactured homes and over 27 years of experience working as a realtor for Coldwell Banker & Cashin Real Estate Company in Portola Valley & Menlo Park  .  In addition to his real estate experience he has successfully built several distribution and manufacturing businesses which include a special toothpaste for children, medical insulated bags and a high end French pastry manufacturing facility. Enayat has successfully listed and sold Residential,Commercial,Rental,Land & income Properties in Northern California.

Personal Background:

A third generation real estate professional, Enayat's father and grandfather built their careers in real estate development and investment. He has been happily married to his lovely wife, for 49 years. They have two beautiful children, a daughter, Sara and a son, Arash.  Enayat has lived with his family on the peninsula for the last 45years.
